AMJ Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The All My Jams (AMJ) Ambassador Program is designed to help introduce artists, listeners, podcasters, audiobook creators, comedians, and spoken word creators to the AMJ platform. Ambassadors help grow the AMJ community through ethical, positive promotion both online and in person.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate application information.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• AMJ may approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

• Represent All My Jams professionally.
• Communicate honestly and accurately about AMJ.
• Follow all applicable laws and platform policies.
• Use only approved AMJ logos, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Treat artists, creators, listeners, and other ambassadors respectfully.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Ambassadors may not:

• Make false earnings claims.
• Spam social media or email.
• Purchase fake followers or fake signups.
• Create fraudulent listener or artist accounts.
• Misrepresent themselves as AMJ employees.
• Damage the reputation of All My Jams.

5. Referral Program

Qualified ambassadors may receive a personalized referral link or referral code. Referral commissions, bonuses, and rewards are governed by the AMJ Ambassador Compensation Plan, which may be updated from time to time.

AMJ reserves the right to investigate suspicious referral activity and withhold or reverse rewards resulting from fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

6. Events

Certain ambassadors may be invited to represent AMJ at concerts, conferences, festivals, workshops, and community events. Participation in events does not guarantee payment unless specifically agreed to in writing.

7. Ambassador Levels

AMJ may establish multiple ambassador levels including, but not limited to:

• Digital Ambassador
• Event Ambassador
• Certified Ambassador
• City Ambassador

Benefits, qualifications, and compensation may vary by level.

8. Intellectual Property

All My Jams logos, trademarks, graphics, videos, promotional materials, marketing assets, and branding remain the exclusive property of All My Jams. Participation in the Ambassador Program does not transfer ownership of any AMJ intellectual property.

9. Compensation

Referral commissions, bonuses, stipends, merchandise, event opportunities, and other rewards are offered at the discretion of AMJ and may change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees any minimum level of earnings.

10. Independent Relationship

Ambassadors are independent participants and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or partners of All My Jams. Participation does not create an employment relationship.

11. Termination

AMJ may suspend or terminate any ambassador account at any time for violations of these Terms or conduct that could negatively affect the AMJ brand.

12. Changes

These Terms may be modified periodically. Continued participation in the Ambassador Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
