All My Jams is a technology platform that enables creators to upload, distribute, stream, and monetize audio content and enables listeners to discover and enjoy such content.

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, publishing administration, or fiduciary relationship between AMJ and any user.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an Artist account. Users under eighteen (18) may use listener accounts only with parental or legal guardian consent.
By uploading any content to AMJ, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

AMJ makes no representation that it will collect, administer, or pay any royalty type not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
By uploading content, you grant AMJ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
This license continues until content is removed, subject to backup, archival, legal, and technical retention requirements.
If content was created in whole or in part using artificial intelligence tools, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload such content, that the content does not infringe third-party rights, and that any training, generation, or creation process complied with applicable laws.
You remain solely responsible for any claims involving AI-generated content.
Users may not upload content that:
AMJ reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.
AMJ may review, restrict, demonetize, remove, disable, or refuse content for any reason.
AMJ has no obligation to host any content and may remove content that presents legal, business, operational, reputational, or safety concerns.
Revenue sharing models, earnings formulas, engagement bonuses, acquisition bonuses, subscription allocations, and payout calculations may change at any time.
No earnings, revenue levels, fan acquisition levels, stream counts, bonuses, or financial outcomes are guaranteed.
AMJ may delay, suspend, withhold, offset, reverse, or recover payouts when reasonably necessary to address:
Creators remain responsible for all tax obligations.
Listeners receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access content through the Service.
Listeners may not:
AMJ respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Users whose content has been removed may submit valid counter notifications as permitted by law.
AMJ may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
AMJ reserves the right to terminate accounts after one or more infringement claims when deemed appropriate.
AMJ intends to maintain a designated DMCA agent as required under applicable law.
AMJ may suspend, restrict, demonetize, or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, legal risk, suspected fraud, copyright claims, abusive conduct, or applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AMJ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from:

AMJ'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia.
Users waive jury trials, class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
AMJ may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
